Leaving Room

Leaving Room is a kinetic sculpture depicting an entrance door standing alone on a pedestal. A thin stream of water slowly emerges from the peephole, falling into a drain beneath the door, while a single bulb mounted on an arm illuminates the scene. Removed from its familiar context and altered by the inexplicable flow of water, the door evokes strange, mysterious, and unsettling associations—ones rarely attributed to something so familiar.
